Cancellation Policy
*All clients are required to pay a 50% non-
refundable deposit and understand that under
no circumstances will this be returned.
*Booking means the client understands that they can only carry the deposit over once, and
must reschedule 72 hours or more before a
service, if rescheduling is not possible with the
current availability (within 6 weeks), the client
must fully cancel the appointment and pay a
new deposit to rebook.
*All clients agree to contact their specialist
via call or text as soon as they can for any
changes to the service.
Same-Day Cancellations or Arriving 15
minutes past your appointment time, you will be serviced, and your appointment will end at your scheduled time. Your service will be
charged at the full amount.
All clients agree to communicate via call or
text if they are running late. A determination will be made if the service will continued or canceled. 40% will still be owed to the specialist.
Cancellations made the day before their
appointment, will still be subject to pay the remaining balance at 40%.
